A lifelong resident of Pueblo, Dr. Ronda Orndoff is proud to serve the community she has always called home. As the owner of Pueblo Primary Care Clinic, she brings more than two decades of diverse clinical experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Dr. Orndoff is a doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner with dual board certifications in Acute Care and Family Practice. Her background spans Cardiology, Oncology, and Intensive Care, allowing her to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
She has been recognized for clinical excellence and compassionate care with multiple honors, including the Halos for Heroes Award, several DAISY Award nominations, a Seton nomination, and a Nightingale Award nomination—testaments to her dedication and impact as a provider.
In addition to her clinical and aesthetic work, Dr. Orndoff serves as Lead Faculty in the MSN/DNP Acute Care Program at Colorado State University–Pueblo, where she mentors future nurse practitioners with the same passion and integrity she brings to her practice.
Deeply rooted in the Pueblo community, Dr. Orndoff believes in building lasting relationships with her patients, empowering them with knowledge, and always leading with compassion. Her mission is simple: to provide the kind of care she would want for her own family—skilled, sincere, and unwavering.

A lifelong Pueblo resident, Wendy Archuleta has built her career on a strong foundation of service, compassion, and clinical excellence. With over two decades in nursing and advanced practice, Wendy is deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of the Southern Colorado community she has always called home.
Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Colorado in 2002 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University–Pueblo in 2014. She is double board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and an Adult/Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC), allowing her to provide a broad spectrum of care—from preventative services to complex acute needs.
She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the Golden Key International Honour Society, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence and lifelong learning.
Wendy is known for her warm, approachable manner and personalized care. Whether managing chronic conditions, providing acute care, or guiding wellness journeys, she approaches each patient with respect, empathy, and deep clinical knowledge. Her strong family roots and love for her hometown shape the way she practices—treating every patient like a neighbor and every visit like an opportunity to make a difference.
